Das Gleichstellungsgesetz in der HR-Praxis

A seminar for HR professionals on the Gender Equality Act, which has prohibited discrimination in the workplace for 30 years. It is led by Darja Schwyter and Corinna Hauri, lawyers at the equality office of the City of Zurich and of the Canton of Zurich respectively. Topics include hiring, pay and dismissals in connection with pregnancy and parenthood, employers' duties regarding sexual and sexist harassment, and how HR professionals can prevent discrimination. The format combines presentations, case studies from advisory practice and discussions.
