The Tree of Life: family afternoon all about the cedar.

The Tree of Life is a family afternoon at the North America Native Museum NONAM on Seefeldstrasse in Zurich. It is all about the cedar tree, which for many Indigenous communities is a true tree of life: masks, boats and everyday objects are made from its wood, while clothing and cords can be made from its bark. Through stories, a puzzle rally and a short guided tour at 2 pm and 3 pm, families can discover the tales and customs that surround this special tree. The event is ideal for families and children.
