A guided tour and workshop into organic mushroom growing in the middle of Zurich. It is run by the mushroom farm Züripilz, which grows oyster mushrooms in a former water reservoir. Visitors learn about mycelium, cultivation processes and urban agriculture, and can touch, smell and taste the mushrooms. Fresh or dried mushrooms are available to buy on site, subject to availability.
