Ecstatic Dance 4 Elements: free dance and sound healing.

ECSTATIC DANCE · 4 ELEMENTS · ZÜRICH is an evening of ecstatic dance and sound healing built around the theme of “4 ELEMENTS” – earth, water, fire and air as four qualities and ways of moving carried by one body. It is run by Yanantin Tribe with Alice and András. The programme includes a warm-up with playful exercises, free ecstatic dance with DJ Psysoul, an optional sound healing by Alice and András and a closing circle. Ground rules are no alcohol, silence and no phones on the dance floor, barefoot or dance shoes, and all genders and identities are welcome.
