Flip In – Ebecho Muslimova

'Flip In' is a solo exhibition by Ebecho Muslimova, her first with the gallery in London. Bernheim shows works around Fatebe, the bug-eyed, rubber-limbed and gloriously shameless alter ego Muslimova has drawn for more than fifteen years, first as a student at Cooper Union. The rooms are unstable: ceilings become floors, a drinking glass becomes a prison, and the exhibition traces a precise portrait of disorientation between continents, between studio and showroom.
