About

The «Helvti-Chäschtli» is an artfully designed pop-up fondue chalet at the Helvetia Pool Bar. Behind the event is the Hotel Helvetia, which creates a new vintage blend every year together with its wine partner Martel and the well-known Maître Fromager Rolf Beeler. It serves fondue with specially devised side dishes for dipping («Tünklimenü») along with refined Swiss starters. The chalet is open Monday to Saturday from 6 pm to 11 pm.
