Frankey & Sandrino

A club night of house and techno at STUDIO running into the early hours. Behind the decks is the German duo Frankey & Sandrino, whose sound works through tension, patience and a slightly detached pull somewhere between house, techno and psychedelic night music. Their records came out on Innervisions, Kompakt and Mule Musiq, and their first joint release appeared on Drumpoet Community, the Zurich label run by Alex Dallas. The night grows out of that connection: Dallas joins the duo with whom he shares a long musical history.
