Groove Your Labour

Groove Your Labour is an open dance workshop at Tanzhaus Zürich that invites participants to explore the rhythms and movements of their own everyday working life, with no dance experience required. The workshop series with guest contributions is led by Eman Hussein and Chris Leuenberger. After a physical warm-up, everyday gestures are translated through repetition, rhythm and breath into a shared groove. The workshop also includes an exchange with workers, creating a dialogue in which work is felt, shared and transformed into movement.
