«Iron Winter» is a film about two herders in the Tsakhir valley who brave extreme storms to bring 2,000 horses through the icy winter. The true story is about climate change threatening the valley and a fading tradition in the fight against nature. The screening is staged by the Films for Future Festival from Zurich, which shows more than 100 films followed by panel discussions. There visitors can exchange ideas with filmmakers, activists and panel guests about a liveable future.
