About
A karate course for children from age 5 up to young people. It is taught by Subramaniam Krishnathas, an SKF member holding the rank of 5th Dan, who represents Shotokan Karate Jaffna. Karate is a martial art from Japan in which arms and legs are used for kicking, pushing and striking. More important than defeating an opponent is the continuous improvement of one's own skill and concentration.
