La Tarima is a comedy open mic held entirely in Spanish, taking place once a month in Zurich and Basel. It is presented and hosted by Andrea Ramírez, a comedian and producer. The material draws on migration, culture clashes and failed relationships turned into jokes, and the night has become a meeting point for the Latin community in Switzerland. Visitors can meet people, feel at home, or even get on stage and try stand-up themselves.
