LOVE EPISODE #6 THE TRAGEDY OF HETEROSEXUALITY

An episodic dance performance by the Merge Dance Collective exploring different facets of love. Episode #6 asks, with critical irony: are the straights okay? – and examines the tragedy that heterosexual culture produces. Those on stage are Arlette Dellers (dance) and Kay Wieoimmer (spoken word, music, movement). Shaped by intersectional feminism as well as contemporary dance, street and club styles, the series places the over-romanticised notion of love in a critical spotlight.
