Miriam Davoudvandi – Das können wir uns nicht leisten

A book event at Literaturhaus Zürich where Miriam Davoudvandi presents her bestselling nonfiction book «Das können wir uns nicht leisten». The multi-award-winning journalist, author and podcaster tells openly and personally of her childhood and youth in precarious circumstances. She shows how strongly money shapes areas of life such as education, friendships, love and health. She also asks what traces poverty leaves behind, even when social advancement later succeeds.
