The renowned psychologist, couples and sex therapist Dr. Ursina Donatsch shows how to recognize your own needs, shape your sensuality yourself and bring uninhibitedness into your love life. In subsequent workshops with experienced couples counsellors, mindful exercises, self-reflections and expert inputs explore the theme further.
