Nik Bärtsch's Ronin: Zen funk in the Montags series.

A live concert in the MONTAGS series at the EXIL Club in Zurich. At its centre is Nik Bärtsch's Ronin, a Zen funk quartet founded in 2001 around EXIL co-founder Nik Bärtsch on keys, with Kaspar Rast (drums), Jeremias Keller (bass) and Sha (sax, bass clarinet). The band played every Monday at Zurich's Bazillus Club for five years and has continued the series at EXIL since the end of August 2009. Joel Gilardini opens with live ambient guitar at 8 pm, followed by one set from 8.30 pm.
