Pattern Studio digital: design your own patterns.

'Pattern Studio digital' is a workshop in which participants create their own digital pattern designs. The designs are inspired by the fabrics in the museum's collection. Participants learn how patterns are put into repeat so that they can be repeated seamlessly. At the end, the designs are applied to a digital prototype and their effect is tested in a designed context. The workshop is run by the museum's education team and is aimed at school levels from grade 5 upwards as well as secondary and vocational schools.
