PORANGUÍ - SERVE THE MUSIC WORLD TOUR - Workshop

A workshop under the motto 'Music is Medicine' in which, in a circle of rhythm, sound and movement, participants rediscover their own body as their first and most complex instrument. Behind the event is Poranguí, a master percussionist, World-Soul artist, live-looping musician and healer who grew up in Brazil, Mexico and the USA and studied ethnomusicology at Duke University. For over twenty-five years he has worked as an artist, musician, healer and teacher, weaving sound and movement together and opening spaces for individual and collective transformation. No previous experience is needed; the workshop is open to everyone and invites you to sing your soul, embody rhythm and serve the music through your very own expression.
