Schamanisches Breathwork – Samhain und die Kraft deiner Wurzeln

"Schamanisches Breathwork – Samhain und die Kraft deiner Wurzeln" is a breathwork ceremony held at the time of Samhain, the transition into the dark season, which spiritual traditions regard as especially connected with one's ancestors. The evening is led by Corinne, a sacred breathwork facilitator with over 400 hours of training since 2022 and roots in shamanism and nature work. Using conscious, connected breathing, bodywork and shamanic elements such as drum, rattle and incense, she opens a space for meeting your ancestral line on a physical and spiritual level. It is an invitation to let go of what you no longer wish to carry and to rediscover the power of your roots.
