Tangi Playfight

Tangi Playfight is playful wrestling in which, within five minutes, you try to bring the other person onto their shoulder blades for three seconds. Afterwards, appreciation and feelback are shared. The event is run by Raphael, who as facilitator supports non-violent, feelings- and needs-based communication and leads the event calmly, empathetically and clearly. The only rule is not to hurt yourself or others; all people are welcome.
