A course in which targeted, playful body exercises, with and without music, prepare the body for free improvisation. Eva Bischofberger leads the sessions, and registration is possible through her. The aim is to experience the body in its greatest possible freedom and to discover and enjoy free movement. The course takes place on Tuesdays on selected dates in the Hottingersaal.
