About
Theatersport™ is a duel between two improvisation teams who compete round by round for points, playfulness and the audience's favour. The evening is staged by the Zurich improv ensemble anundpfirsich, presenting an in-house derby between two of its own teams. The audience cheers, gives suggestions and scores every scene, while the moderation uses a horn of boredom, a basket of shame and a rulebook to hand out bonus and penalty points. Whether dance, song, poetry, pantomime or grand opera: anything can appear on stage as long as it is improvised.
