Wenn Kinder nicht tun, was Erwachsene wollen: parents' talk.

A parents' education evening about children who do not cooperate the way adults expect, and the pressure this creates. The talk by Maya Risch, a consultant for families, parents and couples, examines the tension between children's cooperation and integrity, the developmental tasks of different age phases, and the effects of punishments, threats and reward systems. The focus is on alternative approaches built on relationship, attitude and dialogue, along with concrete ideas for everyday family and school life. The evening is aimed at parents of children aged 10 to 18 and takes place in cooperation with FKSZ Freie Katholische Schulen Zürich.
