Workshop: Sammeln, ordnen, aufbewahren – Wissen organisieren und verwalten

A workshop on organising and managing knowledge by collecting, sorting and keeping records. It is led by Dr. Nicola Schneider from the Schulungen & Führungen team of the department IK, Digitale Dienste & Entwicklung (IDE). It covers the long-term retrievability and preservation of documents: which filing system suits digital and analogue material best, and how to organise computer files, files, letters and photos? The basics of archive-friendly storage are taught with practical examples, participants' questions are addressed, and attendance is limited, so registration is required.
