A talk and panel event for relatives of people with dementia at Kunsthaus Zürich. Dr. Bettina Ugolini explains what self-care means in everyday life, where personal limits lie and how relatives can find support. Afterwards, she and Judith Kronbach, a nurse, gerontologist and dementia expert, exchange views with two affected relatives about challenges, relief and what really helps in daily life. During the break, coffee and cake are offered and information stands invite visitors to exchange ideas.
