About
"4.48 Psychose" is a diploma production of Sarah Kane's play, presented at the drama school HfS Ernst Busch. It is directed by Sarah Elisabeth Braun and follows a self-ironic self that fights, breathes, searches and rarely finds, surrounded by voices and beings that once mattered, such as lovers and a therapist. The piece takes on suicidality, complicity, racism and the healthcare system, asking whether the individual or the society that makes it ill is the sick one. A content note warns of suicidality, mental crisis and discrimination.
