ALIGN DICH is a weekend of self-leadership with Kundalini Yoga, self-regulation and meditation. Behind the workshop is Sohan Boeing, who has focused on Kundalini Yoga and self-leadership for three decades. Participants learn to read and calm their nervous system, find their inner stance and act from it rather than from reaction and fear. The weekend is for anyone who wants to regain ground in uncertain times and can serve as a first step toward the Kundalini Yoga teacher training.
