ART SPA for Working Women : Grounding Flower Art Workshop

An art workshop called ART SPA for Working Women : Grounding Flower Art Workshop, where participants paint flowers together in a relaxed setting. Behind it is Roselyn Yap, an artist and entrepreneur who founded a wellness program for working women after going through a severe burnout herself. The grounding flower painting is meant to cultivate self-love and self-empowerment, calm the nervous system and improve rest and sleep – no experience needed. Materials such as watercolour paints are included, along with healthy vegetarian food and quality tea, with a maximum of eight women/FLINTA* participants.
