Ästhetischer Widerstand?
Deutsches Theater, Schumannstraße 13a, 10117 Berlin, Mitte
About
"Ästhetischer Widerstand?" is an edition of the literature series "Literarische Spielzeit", in which two rotating guests talk about a book with host Insa Wilke. This time the focus is on Tomer Gardi's novel "Liefern", which follows the working routes of delivery people and is also an answer to the expectations placed on an Israeli author after 7 October 2023. The writer Mely Kiyak and the literary scholar and philosopher of religion Yael Kupferberg bring passages that make them think, grumble or laugh, and discuss the book's literary and political dimensions with Insa Wilke. The event takes place in the Rangfoyer of the Deutsches Theater.
