Eine Ästhetik der Gerechtigkeit oder How does Justice look like
Maxim-Gorki-Theater, Am Festungsgraben 2, 10117 Berlin, Mitte
About
This event opens a series on law and justice at the Maxim Gorki Theater. It was initiated by Wolfgang Kaleck, who brings together voices from different fields and regions. At the opening, Chilean artist Alfredo Jaar and art historian Florencia San Martin discuss the common ground between artistic work and human rights work through the terms mourning, accountability and failure. The series examines the core principles of international law and human rights and, beyond that, develops visions as concrete utopias.
