This in-person event is about linking internal audits with structured problem-solving according to VDA 8D and the TURTLE analysis. It is run by the Cologne-Bonn regional circle of the German Society for Quality, which hosts it as a network event. At its centre is the double question of cause analysis: why did the defect occur and why was it not detected? It shows how an event- and risk-based audit approach with process risk classes directs audit resources to critical processes and lays the foundation for a lasting improvement culture beyond certification.
