A reading and talk at the Mark-Twain-Bibliothek about the magazine DAS MAGAZIN, published since 1924, a colorful monthly for S-Bahn, bed and bathtub that, unlike most illustrated magazines, has weathered all storms. Andreas Lehmann, editor-in-chief for more than ten years and publisher of the "Kurznachzehn" publishing house that brings out the magazine, who began as an editor around 25 years ago and has written books including »Go West. Ostdeutsche in Amerika«, in conversation with Danuta Schmidt. Schmidt is a journalist and moderator who developed her own discussion format with the Berlin "SonntagsLese" over 15 years and has worked freelance since 2010.
