Blockwoche mit Empowerment-Workshops @ internationale Newcomer

The block week of empowerment workshops is aimed at students of the Alice Salomon Hochschule with an international educational background and experience of flight or migration. It is organised by the ASH Newcomer Office, which supports and connects these students as they move into working life. In several workshops led by experienced lecturers with their own migration backgrounds, topics include networking for professional practice in the SAGE field, dealing with discrimination, speaking with a strong voice in studies and career, recognising one's own educational background as a strength, and residence law. One workshop on advising people with flight and migration backgrounds is open to all members of the university, participation is free of charge, and places are still available in all workshops.
