Harvard negotiation method: seminar for advanced learners.

The BUND Akademie runs an in-person seminar titled "Erfolgreiche Verhandlungsführung nach Harvard | Advanced" at its federal headquarters in Berlin. The advanced module is aimed at participants who already know the basics of Harvard negotiation. In a highly interactive format, methods are practised for handling difficult situations confidently, including power imbalances, unfair partners and gender dynamics. The trainers are Janne Krippl, an organisational psychologist trained as a mediator at Harvard Law School, and Anna Hänig, a negotiation trainer and licensed psychotherapist.
