About

A vertical rope class on a hanging rope in Studio 2 at Katapult. It is taught by Sarah Goody / Seil ist Geil. The course covers the foundations of rope work, individual tricks and progressive sequencing, building up to the creation of a number. The work is both technical and creative, focusing on seamless transitions in rhythm with the music; at least one year of experience on a vertical apparatus is required.
