Club der Stille is a regular offering to practise and enjoy silence, taking place every last Tuesday of the month. It comes from the Kontaktstelle PflegeEngagement Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. Silence is described as the absence of noise and is not easy to find in everyday life; regularly practised silence can have a positive effect on health, change how we deal with stress and influence our sleep. Registration is possible by phone or email.
