Lernwerkstatt: Mentale Gesundheit zum Thema: Die Suche nach dem Glück (Zum Aktionsmonat „Gemeinsam in der Bibliothek“)

A learning workshop on mental health whose topic is “Die Suche nach dem Glück”, taking place as part of the action month “Gemeinsam in der Bibliothek”. A professional from Die Wille gGmbH offers a workshop series in a familiar setting as part of the project “GEFRAGT! ein WIR für nachhaltige Bildung”. Tools are taught that are meant to strengthen and build up mental resilience, and experiences are shared across successive sessions; no registration or prior knowledge is required. It is part of an action month that, together with the Federal Ministry of Education, Family, Seniors, Women and Youth (BMBFSFJ) and the German Library Association (dbv), encourages people to talk with others, strengthen togetherness and speak about loneliness.
