The DDR Museum's permanent exhibition is an interactive journey into everyday life in the former East Germany. It is run by the DDR Museum, which presents the daily life of a bygone state hands-on and draws on a collection of more than 360,000 objects. Visitors can explore a faithful Plattenbau apartment, try a Trabi driving simulation and discover original objects covering everyday life, the Wall and the Stasi.
