David Mayonga aka Roger Rekless "Wo kommst du wirklich her?"

An evening with David Mayonga aka Roger Rekless on the topic "Wo kommst du wirklich her?", a question often aimed not at Munich or Markt Schwaben where he grew up, but at his roots and his skin colour. The event shows how multi-layered this question really is and how often it seeks to pin him down and reduce him to one aspect of his life. Mayonga is a musician, Spiegel bestselling author, radio host and winner of the Deutscher Radiopreis 2019, an actor, the voice of Maui in Vaiana 2 and part of Deichkind's live crew. The event has been moved to the Monarch, and tickets remain valid.
