About
„Rendez-vous au Centre Bagatelle“ is a regular series of talks and encounters at the Kulturhaus Centre Bagatelle featuring prominent figures from culture, politics, literature and television. This time the guest is André Herzberg, singer, author and the defining voice of the legendary East German rock band Pankow. In conversation with journalist and presenter Ulli Zelle, the evening covers musical new beginnings, resistance and conformity, biographical ruptures and the question of how much the GDR still resonates today, as well as his Jewish roots and the power of the stage. Herzberg will also sing live, direct and up close.
