About
Emerging Change Festival 2026 is a dance festival with the motto "Moving Together. Changing Together.". It is artistically directed by Nara Virgens and Makisig Akin and celebrates the work of queer, trans, Black, indigenous and BIPoC dance artists. Under the theme Survival & Pleasure, it brings together a diverse programme of performances, workshops, residencies, community dialogues and parties by international and Berlin-based positions.
