Expanded Breath mit Paul

Expanded Breath mit Paul is a breathwork session combining conscious connected breathing with a specially curated sound and music set. It is led by Paul Auls, whose work draws on trance practices, breathwork, hypnosis, bodywork and sound art. During a 60-70 minute breath journey, inner processes may unfold on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. The session is held in German for a maximum of 12 participants aged 18 and up and is suitable for all levels.
