METAMORPHYSIS Breath mit Yasmine

METAMORPHYSIS Breath is an evening combining meditation, energy and body work and a guided transformative breath journey with music. The format was created by Yasmine Orth, who leads the evening with co-spaceholding, and its name joins breath with the body, standing for metamorphosis as cyclic transformation. Through conscious, faster breathing accompanied by music, consciousness and the energy field can expand, emotions can be processed and self-healing powers stimulated. The evening is open to all levels, with a maximum of twelve participants.
