About
Cali Sessions w/ Ashraf is a weekly movement circle at IKSK in Berlin combining animal flow, calisthenics and breathwork. Behind it is Ashraf Alali, a psychologist, life coach and yoga teacher who frames the sessions as training in nervous system capacity, emotional honesty and authentic relating. The circle begins once doors close, with shoes and masks off, in a space built on consent, respect and freedom from shaming or judging. Contribution is tiered by income so the circle stays open to everyone who wants to show up.
