'City-Romantik': closing talk with artist Lyudmyla Tsukrova.

To close the exhibition 'City-Romantik', Kulturzentrum Schöneweide invites visitors to a finissage with an artist talk. Artist Lyudmyla Tsukrova offers insights into her artistic path, her way of working and her special relationship with the cities of Europe. Her colour-intensive pictures show streets, squares and façades of European cities not as architecture but as places of atmosphere, memory and feeling. Shaped by a classical drawing education and by Impressionism and Post-Impressionism, she captures the special light, a mood or the fleeting moment that makes a city unmistakable.
