A memorial walk on the occasion of the 88th anniversary of the November pogroms of 1938 through Grünau, Köpenick and Müggelheim. It is organised by the mobile youth centre Langer See of „Roter Baum“ Berlin UG; the tour leads to Stolpersteine, memorial plaques and historic sites where flowers and candles will be laid and Stolpersteine cleaned. It commemorates the victims of National Socialism, makes local history visible and invites discussion about the meaning of remembrance culture today. Part of the route is covered by the youth boat „Käthe“, or by public transport in bad weather; participation is free of charge and open from age 14.
