About
»GFZ Earth Update« is a new series of live lectures at the Zeiss-Großplanetarium. Researchers from the GFZ Helmholtz Centre for Geosciences share insights into their current projects, making scientific findings directly tangible with 360° fulldome projections. The premiere is titled »Ein neuer Ansatz, um CO2 aus der Atmosphäre zu entfernen« and presents the RESET project, which investigates whether a natural geochemical process can permanently bind CO₂. Three researchers and a winegrower present questions and answers about it beneath the dome.
