Workshop: democratic group facilitation.

A workshop titled "Gruppenprozesse demokratisch gestalten" that combines basic facilitation training with simple, low-material team development exercises. It is led by Guido Monreal, a freelance trainer in political education, and Conny Roth, a communication and Betzavta trainer and mediator. Topics include methods such as the card question, topic store or silent discussion, which let everyone contribute on equal terms, as well as dealing with difficult participants. Participants both try out the exercises themselves and reflect on which methods suit which audiences.
