About
“Helmut Newton‘s One-off Album” is an exhibition at the Museum für Fotografie built around a one-of-a-kind photo album. Photographer Helmut Newton put it together in 1999 with the collector Gert Elfering, and the piece now belongs to the Nicola Erni Collection. Berlin presents it outside Switzerland for the first time, with 112 original prints in black and white and colour that Newton and Elfering selected, mounted on card and annotated with handwritten titles or personal remarks.
