It is led by Senami Zodehougan, a clinical and health psychologist (M.Sc.) who has been giving workshops on intersectional education and intersectional sex education at I-Päd Berlin for many years. The workshop covers different approaches and definitions, the interconnections of power relations and their effects on educational practice, alternating between individual work, small-group work and whole-group exchange.
