About

A free, short public introduction (in English) to the art of Maurizio Cattelan. The Staatliche Museen zu Berlin invite visitors to learn about the key elements of Cattelan's artistic practice. Questions addressed include: How does he challenge reality? What defines the aesthetic of "comic existentialism", and why is it considered a radical reinvention of the concept of art? The meeting point is the upper hall of the Neue Nationalgalerie.
